HOW TO: sopravvivere agli esami

Alcune dritte per non diventare matti durante il temuto periodo che precede gli esami universitari:

- Trovare il luogo ideale dove studiare che può essere la scrivania piuttosto che il divano, il letto a volte mi è capitato di finire anche sul tappeto quindi qualunque posto purchè sia tranquillo. (Il luogo dove do il meglio devo dire resta sempre e comunque la biblioteca)

- Eliminare le distrazioni quindi per prima cosa impostare il cellulare in modalità aereo e isolarsi dal mondo, per esperienza personale un sottofondo musicale tranquillo e non assordante aiuta.

- Prendersi una pausa per far respirare la mente almeno ogni 60 minuti o ogni mezz'ora e durante la pausa concedersi uno snack, che senza zuccheri si sa il cervello non lavora!!!

- Optare per un abbigliamento comodo, non dico un pigiama ma quasi quasi...

- Come l'abbigliamento anche i nostri capelli devono essere sinonimo di comodità quindi via libera a chignon e cerchietti.

- Passando a consigli più tecnici, per uno studio più produttivo possibile le cose essenziali per me sono gli evidenziatori e l'utilizzo delle schede memoniche ( o flash cards ). Queste ultime sono utilissime per il ripasso perchè si scrive su un foglietto il termine da imparare e sul retro la descrizione.

- Infine non avere mai paura di chiedere aiuto ad un compagno perchè due cervelli messi insieme sono meglio di uno solo!!!

Quando penso a Jane Birkin la parola che mi salta alla mente è CLASSE. Una classe innata quasi cucita sulla sua pelle, sfoggiata senza sforzi nei modi e nello stile. Uno spirito libero senza costrizioni figlio degli anni '60 che non smetterò mai di pensarlo avrei voluto vivere la mia adolescenza in quel decennio. Bellissima nella sua semplicità divenne famosa a tal punto da dare il nome alla celebre borsa di Hermes. Se c'è qualcuno a cui potrei ispirarmi quel qualcuno sarebbe senza alcun dubbio Jane Birkin.


When I think of Jane Birkin the word that springs to mind is CLASS. Innate class almost sewn on her skin, raised in the manner and effortless style. A free spirit unconstrained child of the '60s who never stop to think I wanted to live my teenage years in that decade. Beautiful in its simplicity became famous to the point of giving his name to the famous Hermes bag. If there is someone who could inspire me that someone would undoubtedly Jane Birkin.

Push it to the limit

Quando nella mia testa ci sono troppi pensieri, quando voglio staccare la spina, quando voglio scaricare la mia energia, che se non lo faccio si salvi chi può, o quando semplicemente mi assale la noia questo è ciò che faccio: indosso le mie Nike Free Run afferro il mio Ipod e via verso l'infinito e oltre, o nel mio caso verso le campagne del trevigiano!! Perchè correre per me, più che un metodo per tenersi in forma, è una vera e propria terapia anti-stress e anti-negatività che consiglio a tutti. Più efficace di qualsiasi cosa la corsa mi fa sentire forte e libera e sgombera la mia mente da qualsiasi pensiero e anche il lato B rigrazia :)


When in my head there are too many thoughts, when I want to unplug it when I want to download my energy, that if I do not save yourself if you can, or simply when boredom attacks me this is what I do: I wear my Nike Free Run grabbed my Ipod and the way to infinity and beyond, or in my case to the countryside of Treviso! Why run for me, more than a way to keep in shape, it is a real therapy, anti-stress and anti-negativity that I recommend to everyone. More effective than anything the race makes me feel strong and free and clear my mind of any thoughts and also the B-side says thank you :)

New York New York

Vedere New York per la prima volta per me é stato come innamorarmi, la sensazione é stata la stessa: l'ho vista e ho capito che era lei, la città fatta per me con la quale potrei passare il resto della mia vita. Dopo aver passato 20 anni ad immaginarla attraverso lo schermo della mia TV trovarmi a passeggiare per le sue strade con un caffè di starbucks tra le mani è stato quasi surreale.
New York ti emoziona nel profondo me ne sono resa conto già il primo giorno quando dalla cima del Rockfeller Center mi si è presentato di fronte un Empire State Building più bello che mai...come non commuoversi??
Ho viaggiato da sola e mi sono sentita libera, a mio agio come se lì ci avessi vissuto per anni, è una città così cosmopolita che sentirsi diversi o estranei è praticamente impossibile, è il luogo dove capisci cosa significa essere davvero cittadini del mondo.
New York ti lascia senza fiato, potrei camminare per ore senza mai stancarmi lungo la Fifth Avenue e potrei stare seduta anche tutto il giorno di fronte allo spettacolo di Times Square.
A New York respiri vita pura, respiri l'adrenalina, respiri la bellezza. New York ti entra nel cuore e rimane lì così quando te ne vai l'unica cosa che puoi pensare è che vuoi rivederla al più presto. Questo ho promesso a me stessa...di tornare...ma non per qualche giorno bensì per tutta la vita.



See New York for the first time for me , it was like falling in love , the feeling has been the same: I saw it and I knew it was her, the city made for me with whom I could spend the rest of my life. New York leaves you breathless , I could walk for hours without ever getting tired along Fifth Avenue , and I could sit all day long at the spectacle of Times Square.
In New York breathes life pure adrenaline breaths , breathe beauty. New York gets into your heart and stays there so when you go the only thing I can think of is that you want to see her again soon. This I promised myself ... to come back ... but not for a few days but for a lifetime .

I just wanna see everything

Indescrivibile la gioia che provo ogni volta che parto per un viaggio. Una gioia che inizia quando preparo la valigia e ho già nella testa le immagini di ciò che mi aspetta. Una gioia che diventa anche ansia nel momento in cui arrivo all'aereoporto e ho una paura folle che il volo sia cancellato ( ipotesi non troppo remota visto che mi è già successo due volte, quando si dice la sfiga). Una gioia che appena si decolla la sento crescere nell'attesa di raggiungere la mia prossima meta!! Perchè per me viaggiare non è solo staccare dalla quotidianità per qualche giorno..per me il viaggio è scoperta, è crescita, è qualcosa che mi arricchisce e mi emoziona qualcosa che spero non smetterò mai di fare nella vita. Partire è bello come è bello anche tornare a casa perchè è proprio quando sei lontano che ti accorgi di quanto, alla fine, ami casa tua!!
Io vorrei semplicemente vedere tutto, ogni angolo del mondo...
Voglio immergermi nell'acqua dell'oceano e provare a surfare..
Voglio scottarmi al sole alle maldive...
Voglio vedere i colori dell'india e mangiare del vero cibo indiano...
Voglio girare tutti e dico tutti gli Stati Uniti dalle east alla west coast...
Voglio vedere da vicino i canguri in Australia...
Voglio farmi venire il mal d'Africa...
Voglio nuotare con i delfini...
Voglio perdermi....ma con qualcuno al mio fianco che mi aiuti a ritrovare la strada....



Underscribable joy I feel every time I leave for a trip. A joy that begins when preparing the case and I have images in my head of what awaits me . A joy that also becomes anxious when arriving at the airport and I was scared to death that the flight is canceled (assuming not too remote because it has happened to me twice,when you say bad luck ) . A joy that is just waiting to take off I feel it grow to reach my next goal ! Because for me traveling is not just disconnect from everyday life for a few days .. for me the journey is discovered, it is growing , it's something that enriches me and excites me something that I hope I will never stop doing in life . I would simply like to see everything, every corner of the world ...
I want to dive into the ocean and trying to surf ..
I want to burn myself in the sun in the Maldives ...
I want to see the true colors of India and eat Indian food ...
I want to run and tell all across the United States from east to west coast ...
I want to see up close kangaroos in Australia ...
I want to make me ache of Africa ...
I want to swim with the dolphins ...
I want to lose myself .... but with someone by my side to help me find my way ....

Ombrè in ogni dove...

Adoro adoro questo trend, che secondo me è nato dalla mente di una indecisa cronica come la sottoscritta....del tipo 'mi faccio bionda o meglio mora?' ma andiamo su una via di mezzo suvvia!!!Ma l'ombrè non si è fermato alla chioma bensì si è diffuso anche in altri settori come la nail art e i vestiti sbizzarrendosi anche con i colori. Mi piace l'idea di indossare più tonalità e con l'uso della sfumatura lo stacco non è così netto da cadere nello sciatto...dona carattere nella sua semplicità!! New entry nella mia wish list: t-shirt bianca che sfumi sul verde petrolio, I can't live without!!
